Behind MMotion are Michael Knab and Martin Groder. Together, we have more than 30 years of experience in the fields of automation, CNC technology, software, and industrial manufacturing.

Martin Groder

Martin’s professional career began in the design of tools for metal-cutting machining, particularly for milling and turning processes.

He then worked for many years as an automation engineer on an international scale, gaining extensive experience in the implementation and commissioning of automated systems.

In addition, Martin holds Yaskawa Black Belt certification and has extensive expertise in robotics and automation.

Michael Knab

Michael began his professional career as an international service technician for woodworking machines.

His focus was on CNC machines, machine service, fault analysis, and software. He also worked as a CNC and software trainer, supporting customers worldwide in making the most of their machines and programs.

Later, Michael earned the Austrian Master Craftsman certification in mechatronics and automation technology.
